Sweet 7-Month Old Baby Photoshoot

Oh my heart! This munchkin has the sweetest little face. He melted my heart. I loved capturing the all different expressions that he makes. His bright personality shown through. He’s so inquisitive and loves exploring the world around him.

My sessions are designed around play. There lots of time for parents to cuddle their little one and join in playtime with them. I’m not the kind of photographer that makes anyone sit still and look at the camera. Emery had such a great time playing with my wooden toys and wriggling across my studio floor on his tummy. He’s loved knocking the wooden blocks down and was quite taken with my fluffy soft Moose.

The love that Rosea and James have for Emery is beautiful to see. He loved flying high in his Dad’s arms and then snuggling into both of them.

Every parent wants adorable photos of their new baby. That’s possibly the ones they’ll love the most while the baba is still tiny. I’m always delighted when mums and dads choose to include family photographs in their print collection. Close, intimate moments that are timeless. These are the ones that your child will treasure in years to come. I’d give anything for a beautiful photograph of my Mum and Dad holding me as a baby.

I try to capture a wide selection of photos from each baby session. At this 7-month stage babies can look so different in each portrait. One minute lying on their backs munching on their back munching on their toes, the next minute sitting up playing with toys.
