Name * First Name Last Name Email Contact * Baby's Name * Baby's date of birth or your due date * Phone Contact * Before you come for your photoshoot I'll email you or chat with you on the phone about any tips to get the best possible results from your baby's session Husband/partner* * I always like to include husbands or partners in baby sessions. What is your partner/husband's name. Is there a particular weekday that would suit your and your partner and I will try and accommodate your needs. Baby sessions are usually at 10am Monday-Friday. Siblings * Do you have any other children that you would like to include. What are their names and Dates of Birth. (there may be an extra charge for a sibling session) Ordering Prints and framed wall portraits...from your session * If you love the pictures that I create and decide to order some, do you know where you would display them?
